Below are answers to some of the questions we are commonly asked by students and parents regarding our classes. If you cannot find an answer to your question here, please look in the section of our website that the question pertains to, as many questions are answered in the general overview pages. You are also welcome to contact us for additional information.

WHAT LEVEL OF CHINESE SHOULD I TAKE?
Our Chinese class placements are based off of skill. Please contact our administrative staff and they will recommend class placements.

WHAT IF I AM NOT NATIVE TO CHINA?
We are open to students of all backgrounds and cultures! We even offer classes for bilingual students. We are sure to find something that fits each student’s interests.

HOW OLD DOES MY CHILD HAVE TO BE TO TAKE CLASS?
We currently do not provide any classes for kids 2 years old and younger. 3 year olds can take dance class or art class. Starting at age 4 or 5, we recommend students to start taking Chinese with the Pinyin class.

WHAT CLASSES CAN ADULTS TAKE?
We have a few adult classes. They include badminton and taiqi. But, if you are interested in taking language classes, you are encouraged to do so.

DO I JUST DROP OFF MY KIDS?
Yes, parents can drop off their kids and then pick them up when their class is over. But, we also have a parents room where parents can stay and socialize while their kids are in class.

IS THERE FINANCIAL AID OR SCHOLARSHIPS?

我们目前没有提供任何2岁和以下的孩子的课程。 3岁的小孩可以参加舞蹈班或艺术课。 从4岁或5岁开始，我们建议学生开始使用汉语拼音班。

成年人可以上什么课程？
我们有几个成人班。 他们包括羽毛球和太极拳。 但是，如果您有兴趣参加语言课程，则可以鼓励您这样做。

我是否可以送完我的孩子就离开？
是的，父母可以送完孩子就走，然后在课结束时接他们。 但是，我们也有一个父母的房间，父母可以在孩子上课的时候留下来交流。
